Land Rover – Getting Ready For The Upcoming Summer

Summer is again nearly approaching and perhaps it’s time to get a new ride. If you are pertaining to quality and durability a rover would probably one of your choices. Rover is actually one of the excellent off road vehicles present on the market today. The first advantage that you will see on this vehicle is the space allotted for passengers. It’s quite huge compared to other models and brands. Some experts concluded that rovers are great in mountainous areas as well as on places that are out of highways and rails. When it comes to performance, this one has powerful engine that could produce up to 305hp and could dominate the road on its standard speed limit. It has also 700 plus load capacity and truly meant for traveling far places.

Land rover is actually comparable to trucks made by ford. But when it comes to reliability, rover has been chosen by people as their traveling vehicle. The price is definitely worth with the stuff that is seen on it. And as response to the demand of public against the increasing price of gas, the auto maker has decided to create rovers which are not only good in performance but are also with less mileage so as to help drivers save immense amount of money with regards to the fuel cost. Above all, the maintenance is definitely straightforward with the presence of Land rover parts out there.

Audi Parts

Audi is not just a simple car. It is a combination of luxury, performance, fun and ease of driving. Though there are several controversies the manufacturer had encountered in the past, it still remains on its position as it is today.

We can’t deny the fact that every one of us gets amazed when seeing Audi car on the road. Also, we can’t deny the fact that sometimes in our life, we dreamt of driving an Audi car.

On the other hand, for many owners, every part of their vehicle is such a treasure as they give value to them most especially with tuning Audi parts. Tuning parts are the ones that support the engine and the transmission and these are very vital.

Seeking for tuning parts would be a great hassle if you have no idea where to turn to whenever these parts got damaged. In this case you need to consult the online community in order to find OEM audi parts that best fit for your vehicle.

Only then you need to consider the versions and configurations in order for you to find the best part. Doing the opposite would definitely lead to a wrong part and a waste of money.

Audi models are quite rare and you might find difficulty in seeking them. But with the advancement on the internet today, no more hassles and great talks to do.

Toyota Corolla and RAV 4 upgraded for optimum performance

Well, apart from adding yet another arbitrary marketing buzz word to our dictionary, Optimal Drive technology basically means minimizing fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, while maximizing power and engine responsiveness. Optimal Drive was first presented at the Paris Motor Show in October 2008 and Toyota hopes it will take them a step closer to meeting their long term emissions goal of an average CO2 target of below 140g/km across its passenger vehicle range during 2009. According to a Toyota spokesperson, Optimal Drive will be rolled out into other new models as they are released, but some - like 1.3 Corolla - will feature  just the six-speed manual transmission, not the CVT transmission and ‘Stop & Start’ technology that is available in Europe. The length of the 1.3 is 54mm shorter and the 127mm narrower compared to the 1.4 liter engine that it replaces, dropping the weight by 13 kg. At the vehicle's local launch in Stellen Bosch the 1.3 was very quiet, refined and economical, achieving a combined consumption average of 5.4L/100km on the 400km test route.

This car is really fun to drive and what differs most is the fuel efficiency on other car brands which is so amazing. This is the best car that Toyota could offer. They may have lots of recall issues but now consumers are rest assured they will be driving state of the art car with the combination of acceleration from a sports car but still maintaining its fuel efficiency. What i don't like in this car is the interior design but if you will be talking about performance of the engine over all it is 10 out of 10.

Peugeot Updates

The new 2011 Peugeot HX1 concept at 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show surprised car pros. By presenting this HX1 concept, Peugeot has accomplished two things.  The first one is that it sends out a message that it is back in the luxury auto segment. The other one is that it also distinguishes itself by presenting innovation.  In addition, Peugeot HX1 concept seems to be a combination of crossover, wagon and coupe etc. It has a 4.95 m long and 1.38 m high.

The automaker says that the body of this HX1 is built with the design from optimal aerodynamic solution. It also says that this aerodynamic solution has contributed to overall efficiency of the vehicle. Peugeot was also able to include some extravagances as well as four doors opening in opposing semi-scissor, intended to facilitate boarding.

The aesthetic and aggressive design of HX1 is really impressive. The interior design especially the dashboard is really innovative.  When it comes to performance, this car can deliver 299hp to all four wheels. This power is not often achieved in French car models. It also has a hybrid version which can be charged by electricity and travel up to 18.64 in its electric mode.

Ways to improve fuel efficiency and engine performance

If you have heard of performance chips that are expensive that do very little for the engine, they just changing shift points on the computer. Thomas Racing crew's Saturn performance chip reprograms the computer to read different levels which outputs more horse power and quicker torque. Since the Saturn performance chip is not changing any shift points and modifying primarily the air levels our Saturn performance chip will create a healthier motor. If this is your first performance chip on your motor, or your engine is completely custom our Saturn performance chip can be added for combined horse power and torque performance.

You will receive your power boost with no additional programming required. Thomas Racing Crew’s performance chip automatically reprograms the ECU enhancing speed and fuel efficiency. If you will be observing the dyno test result there is a huge difference than using stock. This really proves that Saturn performance chips can really improve what is said on the advertisements. 35 horse power with just the performance chip alone. Imagine what you can do more if you add up air filters, short ram intake, exhaust, mufflers etc etc. So this is why Thomas Racing Crew became popular because of this chip. They really proved that the claims on the chips are true. Either way distributing Saturn performance chips for over five years now has given us a chance to accumulate positive from many different customers with many different Saturn's.

2011 Ford Fusion Sport

This is a nice enough midsize sedan, but loaded up as this one is makes the sticker get a little higher than I'd like. Horsepower is up with the Sport model (do I have to get the rear spoiler if I get the Sport?). The car is not a slug, but all-wheel drive does sap some of the power. Same with the six-speed transmission: It's fine for tooling around town and/or highway cruising, but ask it to do anything remotely sporty on a winding road and it's slowish to react. Also, you can tell there's some more weight involved here as well--in terms of handling it's not quite as crisp as, say, the Mazda 6 on which it's based. The interior is fine, with decent to good seats and intuitive controls. The heat/vent controls could be mounted higher, but that's a minor beef. Generally, I'm sold on Fusions. I think they make fine midsize sedans. I'm just not sure I'm sold on the Sport model and its price increase. It is a competent, comfortable car. In this category, though, where competition is coming from just about every automaker, is that enough?

This Fusion looks good in red and the sheet metal is fine, not standout but not bland. There's plenty of power, braking is good and the car handled well in wet weather. The interior is nice, but the seats could use some more bolster. The seat burners, though, were very nice to have on cold mornings. Thankfully, the car warms up quickly and you're soon on your way. The trunk offered plenty of space for a grocery run and was easy to load and unload. I would have liked the HVAC controls to be mounted higher, though. It was tough to reach them so low on the center stack and directly in front of the shifter.
